Area Sales Supervisor (Traditional)(General Trade)
Bandung (Jawa Barat), Jember (Jawa Timur), Kalimantan Barat, Banjarmasin (Kalimantan Selatan), Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Prabumulih (Sumatera Selatan), Sumatera Utara, Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible to deliver the volume and revenues target, trade marketing/ promotion execution, distribution objectives and sales forecasting in order to achieve sales target. He/ she will manage distributor sales force.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Min 2 years solid experience as supervisor, preferably in FMCG company.
• Strong understanding of traditional trade channel.
• Self-started person
• Superior communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skill
